The HST-6000 Transfer unitutilises a cam profile which gives a smooth finger motion and reduces container impact as the bottles arrive into the transfer. The finger spacing is reduced by 40% through the transfer curve and combined with the precise finger retraction, provides accurate positioning of the container onto the cross conveyor. This flexible transfer is the ideal “multi job” machine with the capability of handling a large range of container diameters.

     The ITD-8250 is a free standing, floor mounted ware transfer drive unit. Its design incorporates mechanical linear and height adjustment of the ware transfer, giving the ability to position the transfer unit correctly during a production run. Suitable for installation on any IS production line, the ITD-8250 can be prepared for any type of drive motor. It can also be supplied with any Sheppee transfer unit, a servo motor and controls as a stand-alone transfer drive package.
